Computer bad?
OK purchased an OBDI code reader, the reader would never get past the KOEO self test, Test lights never blink, Did it exactly how the tester manual instructed. I also tried the manual self test mode but noticed that the Check engine light will not illuminate...
I know everyone says the computer hardly ever goes bad but i think this one has
