Im fixing to lower my truck with 3in drop beams and flip kit, but im wanting to go lower than just 3in in the front, can I get away with cutting a coil or two off? If anyone has done this could you post pics for me please. In the rear I was gonna flip it and put a set of lowering shackles.

77Explorer cut his front coils, his truck is in this thread, you can send him a pm if he doesnt chime in here.... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/7...........theres another with cut coils in there too...... i cut 1 coil off of my truck and it brought it down about "2, i dont drive it, so, i couldnt really tell you about tire wear, but it looks like it wouldnt be a prob.

Im just going to measure once ive got it all lowered, thats what ive done with all my trucks that ive lowered. Ive just never lowered a truck with ibeams. My ibeams should be in today though, so I was just seeing what yall guys thought on how many coils to cut. Thanks for all yalls input. If you have pics of any with lowered beams and cut coils please post.
