how well does yours start when its cold?

Coldest was Sunday -29 wind chill.
Try start 79 F150 it make noise in top but keep died 3 times then try again finally it start but watch oil pressure very very slow go to 60 psi so I knew it bad to drive with cold oil so I let idle for 10 mins it still 60 psi.
Well Monday I change to supertech 5w30 I have notice much improve it climb to 60 psi little fast but hot idle it 18 psi.
89 F150 won't start because battery went bad and try charge it won't get charge anymore well good thing I have good battery to put there.
My friend's 2001 F250 have no oil pressure for few mins it V8 5.4L but outside so bad it windy plus too cold to stay outside but need plow snow it.
