is this becaue i have an engine code of some type?..it does have a bad hesitaion when i start out from a stop like maybe a vacum leak..ant hekp would be apreciated

 

Air bag light blinking indicates a problem in the air bag system. Have the code checked to find out what is wrong. One of the common problems is a broken clock spring but sensors and other componants can cause that also.

It's probably 32 which is the clockspring. It's ~$80 and a pita to replace.
