MisterDave2,

Try www.radiator.com. They offer a good price and they deliver right to your door step. I've ordered several radiators and with in 2 hours they were at my door with radiator in hand. I hope this helped.

The absolute best radiator on the market IMO is the flex-a-lite units radiator but there expensive $500 and don't sell a direct bolt in for your truck, there raidiators are universal, so you get the size you need and mount as nessasary. But if it's worth a little coin and some work.

Ya refering to the Flex-a-lite?

I got a slow leak to and will be installing one of these raidiators with an electric fan as soon as I can spare a little extra coin. (in a couple weeks)

Couple of years ago I redid cooling system on my 300. I don't tow much and it is not hard to keep cool. I checked price on the stock 2 row radiator at Rock Auto. Walked into Advance where I was getting hose, antifreeze, thermostat, etc. Ask if they would match the shipped price. They didn't hesitate. Truck has been happy with this radiator every since.
Good luck Frank

I bought a heavy duty radiator for $88.00 with shipping on ebay a few months back, and am extremely happy with it. There are a lot of good deals for radiators on ebay. It was brand new.

Yeah, Opossum that's real nice stuff, but I couldn't justify it for this old beater. I need one of the more economy solutions, so I have to decide soon so I can get to work next week when I have some down-time from the day gig. Thanks again all.

Where is it leaking from? If its the tanks, sometimes you can just re crimp the end seals. No $$$ just a little work.

About five or six years ago I had a small leak in the radiator of my '88 F-150, I put in a container of Bars leaks. I even flushed the cooling system a couple years ago and didn't add any more Bars leaks, radiator doesn't leak to this day. If you want a cheap fix, try an 11 oz. container of the original pelletized formula of Bars Leaks. Your results may vary.

Thanks folks. Honestly, I want to replace it with a new one, this is the original at 247K+ so it's definitely time, but I don't want to pay for the Motorcraft at the dealer if I can get a similar or better one cheaper elsewhere, I'm sure you all know the drill. $$$
