Unfortunately the glowplugs screw in the heads of the engine, and not the intake manifold, so removal of the broke has all the potential to get real nasty. However, if you're lucky enough, a simple EZ-out may work? I have my doubts on it, but it may be worth a shot.

If the whole thing is broken like you say, DO NOT DRILL IT OUT! When I was working as a diesel mechanic we had a special welding rod, you could weld and bead up all the way from something broke off and weld a nut to it and then turn it out with a wrench. Normally this was used for broken head bolts in big diesel engines, but I think it would work with this too. You need to find a good diesel shop or something of the sorts.

If your not worried about removing it right now.......but want the GP controller to work correctly........ You can use the GP connector to connect to another GP suspended away from flammable substances so as not to burn anything. The gp will operate as per normal and cause the controller to do the same.

Then when your more in tune to remove the heads and check other things out, have the broken GP removed.

oh ok maybe take some of that thin galvanized vent pipe and kinda mould it to your existing intake tube.(im thinkin its oval shaped) and hook that into some pvc pipe maybe?with a cone filter at the end.

the intake hole is round and about 4" or 5" inches round and the black tube coming out of the breather is round to. i was thinkin 5 inch pvc 90 with 5" pipe out with a cone filter i just did not know if it would hurt my engine

Okay, how we start with a busted glowplug, but end up with a larger intake plumbing?
