question again????
ok one of my gp is broke off and i need to get it to a mecanic is it ok to drive my truck or not will it hurt my motor will th fuel burn or not? not rilly femiller with diesel motors

the glow plugs only work for about 10 seconds when you first turn the key after that its all compression thats what burns the fuel in diesels.alot of construction diesel motors dont even have glowplugs.just make sure the wire going to the gp isnt touching anything.it may throw a little whits smoke or maybe miss a little when your first start it depending on how cold it is but there is not an issue with it your safe.keep the questions comin the only stupid question is one not asked.we will get ya some knowledge on these idi's.

electrical tape would be a safe bet unless the plug still has the top on it.it will only be ive for about 10 seconds after you turn the key.we'll get ya goin and 90%f the time what guys on here tell ya will lead ya in the right direction.the other 10% well.....haha i used to be one of the 10% cause i was tryin to soak up too much info at once about these motors.now ill let dave s.,plc7.3,dodge/cummins,ford mega cab etc. ya get the drift on stuff i dont know for sure.
