My radio does not work. It is not the radio itself, as I can get it to work. Both fuses ( the main and the start) are good. If I remove the main radio fuse - then turn the key on, then replace the fuse, very often the radio will work. I can then turn the key off and on and the radio will come back on. But if I turn the key off for 30 seconds or so the radio will not power up. Is this something related to delayed accessories? I need some help here.

 

It's possible the delay is hanging up, but I'd suspect the GEM/BCM is acting up.
