I'm on pace for about 700 or so this year, but I've worked almost no OT. That is fire and EMS, but mostly EMS. That Medic tag gets you a lot of time on the ambulance.

Used to be a copier repairman hence the screen name till the store burnt down and they did not rebuild. Now I am a branch manager for a water company and deliver bottled water. On the side I farm a small acreage all in hay right now. SO i have lots of toys to keep running.

We have a family business. I work with my father running the worlds oldest industrial lighting company. We have been in business since 1894. First started making pretty much all the lighting for all the big name machine builders in America till the 1960s, when we diversified. These days we manufacture inspection products including magnifiers, microscope, etc. We also make mechanical armatures that essentially are found in every radio station in the world, to hold up their microphones. If you have ever seen someone on tv in a live radio shot (Rush, Howard, anyone really...)... there is a 90% chance it was on our arm.

I sure am glad the state cant go bankrupt and that nothing will stop my check and free medical for the rest of my life. Oh yea Im only 58 and been gettin my check for 9 years already.ahhhhh. I really dont give a chit about the economy and the mess that the crooks have caused. I got mine and will keep on gettin mine lol
