Retired professional ski instructor from Sun Valley Idaho. Semi retired carpenter. I got bored so I started a handyman business, directed to drywall, tile, door, and cabinet repair. I hate plumbing! I have a guy I hire for that.

In 2005 we built 207 homes.

2008 we've built 87 homes (basically we gave these away)

2009 is really going to bite. I just hope we can hang on.

You personally make 1500-2000 calls per year? That's a lot of calls, what's your schedule?

Mike, I now work a 12 hour shift 4 days 1 week, 3 the next and run 7-10 a shift. For 27-28 years I worked 24s and ran 5-14 a shift. This does not take in to account for OT!
My wife retired from the FD with 30 years and ran 14-18 a shift.
