throttle lag?
hey, my 86 f-250's 6.9L needs head gaskets pretty bad from running a turbo and cranked up fuel. I plan doing an overhaul on the engine soon here which includes a head stud kit along with new gaskets, but would a bad throttle lag be from the head gaskets? I can also tell you is that it only happens when it idles for about 20 seconds, its almost like it is loading up on fuel. but i dont know tell me what you think. thanks.
