Thats the tube that sticks up from the two lines leaving the condenser right? Anything i need to be careful of when jamming it?

Um. Schreader valves have a removable core right? Maybe use a stem tool to losen it and vent a bit before you just jam something in there..... it works on tires.
you could accidentally get a hose from the car parts store and let it release it under your hood so no-one sees it....it could just happen like that lol....a few more cfc's wont hurt the atmosphere lol

I am replacing it because i had the luck of running into a lil ole lady who's spare tire completely warped my condenser. I am just hoping that nothing is wrong with the leaf spring which it looks like it might be so.
i wasnt condoning any unlawful things...im just saying stuff happens....if you wanna do it "lawfully"you could get a recovery machine and tank....too bad the old condenser didnt get penetrated by anything
The EPA and recycling industry would prefer you didn't vent it into the atmosphere still. Come to think of it, I haven't heard much about CFCs and the ozone layer in many years. Al Gore must have created a new one shortly after finishing the internet.
