Lifting my 73-77?
I have a F-250 Highboy (factory 4" lift) '77 cab on a 73 frame (no difference) and I want to put a 2" to 3" suspention lift in it. What do I need to complete this prodject, size shocks,kinds of lift blocks, steering arms?, any extentions? I have 35" tires, any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all that help!

If you have any 4x4 magazines from a year or two ago, Tyres used to advertise a 2" add-a-leaf kit for 73-79 Ford F-250's. This is what I would do escpecially if you're on a budget. Otherwise Skyjacker has 2"and 4" lifts for your truck that come with new front springs. The add-a-leaf kit was only $110. The skyjacker kits will be much more. If you don't go higher than 2" your shocks, steering and brake lines should all be fine. Anything higher and you'll probably need at least longer shocks.

Thanks Nick1. I will look through some magazines for that brand, I will go only that high (2") because of the Lift Laws in MN. Do you know if TYRES has a web address? Thanks again.
