Vehicle certification label

Does anyone have a source or procedure to obtain a new Vehicle Certification Label? I replaced the driver's door on my truck. The junkyard that took the donor vehicle away was supposed to cut it out of the old door for me. He managed to destroy it by using his torch. Fortunately, I took a picture of it before it left my yard. I would attach it, but the file is too large. I will see if I can add it to my album. I contacted ftepartsguy and he said he can't get it. Thanks.Thumbnail attached, original in my "Darth Vader" album.

Make your own and then get it laminated with plastic or laminate it yourself with tape? If you know how to use the paint program on your computer, I believe you could make it very close to the original. They have a lot of different fonts and you should be able to duplicate the orange color of the writing too.
