Dash electrical problem
Ok guys,
here's a new one for you. 2003 F-150 supercrew. When I crank the engine it starts and ALL the guages go totheir full max setting and stay for half a second, then drop back to zero and then come up to where they should be. Doesn't seem to affect anything but has not always done that. Batttery is the one that came in the truck but has had no problems. Anything to be concerned about?

Ditto on the battery. I replaced mine with an energizer from sams. Replaced it again 5 months later with a motorcraft. Got my money back from sams.
Mine also acted the same as yours.
