Super Duty Leveling

I have check the previous posts and didn't see what I was needing. I have a 1999 F250 SD CC 7.3. I want to put a leveling kit on it and was wandering what is the largest I can put on it without modifing the fender. I have seen 35x10.5 16 are the largest but have some information that conflicted with itself. Thanks for any help

From what I've seen/heard, a 33"x12" (305/70R16) or 33"x10.5" (285/75R16) is the largest on a leveling kit without rubbing. Friend has a Pro-comp 4" kit (more like 3.5" with diesel) and 35"x12" (315/75R16) on 10" rims and it rubs on the back of the fender when wheels are turned. I think the fender can be pulled back with a strap on the backside, but haven't tried this yet.

Clarification:
The back of the fender I was referring to is down inside on the plastic, not on the outside edge metal.
