Awhile ago I was looking at a dodge (yeah yeah i know!) muscle car from the early 70's and called the guy about it. its been sitting in a field since I was a kid. The guy told me time and time again he is saving it for his own kid, which is now of age to drive and has no interest in fixing up a heap like that (his words, not mine haha)
I havent had much personal experience with them, but they sound like they were a good engine. Also light enough to throw in a vehicle, which is always a bonus!

Go to youtube and loom at Junkyard videos and there are soem real horror stories with cars parked in swamps and nearly overgrown moss and bush on them. They are just rusted hulks, but still lots of useable parts like trim and chrome and hubcaps.
