ok, one more frame question
As mentioned in my other thread, I have a Western plow on my 88 BII that no longer runs. If I were to get an early '90s Exploder, would the front frame section be close enough that I could just bring my plow mount to my local welder and have him (easily) modify it to fit? I kinda want to get this issue resolved one way or another before we start getting hit with big snow. Shoveling sucks!

Yes, the Explorer and Bronco II frames are basically the same dimensions including thickness. Even their width between the wheelhouse is the same, 41.9 inches. The Explorer has a almost 2" wider track, but, that is mostly due to the larger and wider (205 vs 235) stock tire and not the frame itself.
