idle problem
Hi --
need your collective thoughts on issue with 01 XLT V6 (approximately 85,000 miles). After sitting at the airport in cold weather (10 degrees) for two days, Escape would start and die, run only if gas pedal depressed. It simply won't idle. Issue continued after truck was warm and again today. No check engine lights, 3/4 tank of gas. Thoughts appreciated before I start throwing fuel system parts at the problem.

Idle problem solved
Thanks to those who responded to my post and to others who had posted previously. New Idle Air Controller from local auto parts store set me back $63 and took less than 10 minutes to install. Problem solved.
