The first thing I would check is the swaybar end links. You can look at the bushings and see if they are bad. You can also take the links off and drive the truck in the same dips to see if that is the problem.
I know when mine went bad, I had a clunk every time I hit a bump. Could even feel it coming through the floor board.
Conmann, I saw your other link about a vibration when you are driving. You still may have a sway bar issue like Rick suggested but you may also have a ball joint going south.

That was next Chris. Things like this is hard to figure untill you go through the little things first. You may be right.
You can do the swaybar bushings. I just did mine yesterday and Im no mechanic!

I got the ball joint press from Auto Zone with their loan a too program and used it to press the old bushings out. A couple of other methods out there to get them out as well. Its 8 bolts total to take off. Press the old ones out. Put new ones in and bolt up!
Edit...yes I said ball joint press to get the swaybar bushings out. Worked like a charm for me!
I bought the complete lnk ends from Ford, I also got the swaybar bushings. Easy to install, take the old ones off and put the new ones on. Don't have to jack the truck or anything.
EDIT: Now I can take my time and rebuild the old links at my leasure. Have a 2nd set standing by.
