Thank you brent.... It is very frustrating to not know the details. For what ever reason there is no info about it online. Hopefully someone that knew him will find out more for us and let us know... I apologize for bringing this thread up but i feel like there were/are people that dont know that he passed away... It is still a sensitive subject for alot of us but bickering will not help anyone.

Y'all really should search that story that took place in Skidmore, MO, little rural towns can be funny. That entire town covered up a murder. No one, and I mean no one could get any information. 60 Minutes, The NY Slimes, the FBI, they finally threw in the towel after about 6 months and just walked away from it.
Post #1 in this thread is a quote "from our paper", so it must have been in a paper?
But which paper? I just searched AR obituaries and it got too complicated for my tired brain. All we know is that he was from AR, was killed in AR and no one seems to know anything about it.
Something don't add up here. I just spent about 20 minutes on the phone (most of it on hold) with the Logan County Sheriffs Office. Subiaco has no police dept. and the sheriff would have been the one handling it. They are clueless, first they've heard of a gunfight where 3 men were killed. I give up.
FWIW, to answer a post a few above, John Edward ________ ... I believe his name ends with a T, because Robbie did mention he cut out the last names for internet's sake. I can see why, but at the same time it really hurts when all we wanna do is help.

So theres a few people here that know his address etc., why dont they find out some info from the family?
You would think the family would rather let the story out than have it being speculated on?
Thats the thing, you must not be on here much. He was one of the most mysterious people around here. He rarely posted, never anything aobut "hey look at my new mods" etc. He never posted pictures, in the time i knew him he sent me one picture of the back of his truck, and one of his red cummins under the hood, from far away. That is all that ive ever seen. Never talked to him, heard his voice, never knew he was married or even had kids. Thats how reserved this guy was. Im sure Robbie knows more info, but him, just like Jet, is quiet about that kind of stuff too. However robbie has one advantage, he is still alive. I posted the original thread FOR Robbie, because he himself quoted himself as the "resident jerkoff" and would sound better coming from me instead of him. Yes the whole thing is strange if you ask me too, but even more so how cynical and ignorant to be making statements like that
How about the poster that sent him a console lid?
He must have had a address to send it?
A gunfight over a bunch of chickens would have made the 6 oclock news all over North Americia.
