Trust me if the customer installed chip cause this accident and the customer goes after the dealer for money --- You can Bet that a lawsuit threat would slow this down..

It's highly doubtful that the dealer could prove that some fault in the vehicle caused the rollover, instead of the negligence of his driver in failing to control the vehicle. Further, it's more likely that any fault in the vehicle, as modified, would be litigated as a products liability case rather than as ordinary negligence, meaning that the owner of the vehicle would not be held liable. This is a highly simplified view of the potential outcome, and as you mention above, it's all speculation unless/until the OP gives us more details.
