where???
is the a separate place to put oil in the hpop other than where you put the engine oil??

There is an plug with allen head to the right side, top of the hpop...suck the oil out of the hpop and then replace the oil.

Does the oil in the hpop need to be changed when changing the oil in the engine too? I thought the oil in the hpop reservoir was circulated from the engine, or is a closed loop?

It's all the same oil. Some change the HPOP oil some don't. It's a personal choice. There is another couple of qts in the heads that doesn't drain so the qt in the HPOP isn't much. Your choice.
