Rough Cold Start

Next problem...
The truck starts ok in the cold weather, but after it's sat long enough to fully cool down I have to press the throttle when cranking in order to get it to fire up. This isn't a huge deal, but I recently had a remote start installed and it won't work when the truck is cold since the throttle isn't being pressed.
Any ideas what to check for? Thanks!
