G' mornin all. It's nice having a dry commute again this morning. More snow tomorrow they say.
I work tomorrow, Mon and Tue - then off till 1/6/09. How much time do you all have off for Christmas?

NO BS Eddie. I usually get from RR to the Wyoming gate in 30 min - leaving at 545. Roads were pretty much empty when I left this morning and I cruised at reasonable speeds. I even overslept and rushed to get out by 530. I rolled thru the gate at 605. My truck does pretty well in 4WD but I didn't overdo it at all. Very light traffic is nice in bad weather. And yeah Paseo was mostly ice from Coors to I25 but the freeways weren't bad at all.
I live maybe 5 or 6 mi past you - certainly not 10. All the traffic that hit that bridge before you got on it prolly made it a lot worse. Nice you were able to take your time getting to work though!

At any rate. If you did it, you did it. I think that's nuts and I'm a crazy driver. Actually, I don't think Crazy is the correct term for it. LOL!!!
I need weight in the bed of my 350. That'll balance my truck a bit better on the snow and ice. Plus, all those donuts and burnouts killed my back tires. Not much in the way of traction left. LOL!!!

Yeah Eddie, "Crazy" is the understatement of the year when talking about your driving. :0)) I was looking forward to bumming the ride from ya on Monday!! Haha!! Mornings I usually go Unser to Paraside to Eagle Ranch to Paseo. But when it snows taking Irving to Coors works best - it's 2 lane, downhill and wide open. Then hop on Paseo from Coors. Paradise is one lane and the slight hill on Unser heading up to Paradise gets jammed up.
