Coming down good in Los Alamos this morning. Still snowing in Espanola, But the temp is to high, It is not sticking to the roads.

Hey Jay, Are your Auto Hubs in good shape. I have one that is making strange but cool sounds, And I know that you park your truck out side at night.

Mornin...

Gotta say, I love snow. I love driving in adverse conditions. However, my 05 F150 did MUCH better in the snow/ice then my 08 F350.

Hey Pat. Yeah we got an inch or two. But the roads this AM were pretty icy. It doesn't take much to screw up traffic in those conditions. I left home at 530 in the pickup and got on the base by 605. Roads were pretty clear traffic wise that early but very slick. The radio was broadcasting wrecks and snarled traffic until about 930 when I stopped listening.

I crawled home last night in the Stang. It was still melting when I left work but by the time I got home it was starting to stick pretty well.

Morning/afternoon Chris. We've gotten about two inches so far here at work. They were saying 3-7, but I'm thinking we're not going to get much over 3. Good to hear you got the 'Stang home okay!

Had about 4" when I got home last night from Wal-Mart. When I got to Wal-Mart, roads were starting to get slick. By the time I left... Could hardly tell where the lines were. Snow had iced over and hidden things pretty well. This morning, I left the house @ 7:15. Took the kids to my X's house so she can watch them for me today. Her neighborhood was a sheet of ice. Traffic was slow but steady this morning and got to work just before 9:00.

Chris, you made it to work in 35 minutes? I barely do that from my apartment on a clear day. You live nearly 10 miles past me. Sorry bud, I call BS on that. Paseo bridges were a sheet of ice when I went by nearly 2 hours after you did. Unless your SD grew wings and you bypassed everything. LOL!!!

NO BS Eddie. I usually get from RR to the Wyoming gate in 30 min - leaving at 545. Roads were pretty much empty when I left this morning and I cruised at reasonable speeds. I even overslept and rushed to get out by 530. I rolled thru the gate at 605. My truck does pretty well in 4WD but I didn't overdo it at all. Very light traffic is nice in bad weather. And yeah Paseo was mostly ice from Coors to I25 but the freeways weren't bad at all.
I live maybe 5 or 6 mi past you - certainly not 10. All the traffic that hit that bridge before you got on it prolly made it a lot worse. Nice you were able to take your time getting to work though!
