Doug, when I first got my VZ BB (USB) I had some issues with it and that seems to be the standard thing that the techs want you to do, that is reinstall the software. Eventually I ended up getting my BB modem replaced and it has been a solid performer since then. Matter of factly, that is all that I use when I am not at work for my access.
