Welcome to the forum.
The easiest way would be to look at the door sticker of the truck and find the axle code. If you post the code here, we can decode it for you or if it is one of these model years you can look it up yourself.

Most of the time its 2 digits, but I think some older years had only 1.

Look for the AXLE code.
The AXLE code was two digits thru 1972 on F100/350's.
After 1972, it can be two or three digits.
The 3rd digit either decodes the front axle if 4WD, or denotes if P/S or Tilt Wheel is present.
If the first digit of the AXLE code is a letter, it has Limited Slip, if a number it doesn't.
