Damaged shock from Shockwarehouse

Damaged shock from Shockwarehouse
Has anyone ordered shocks from Shockwarehouse and one or any of the shocks were damaged?
I just received my order and the shipping strap on one of them let go during shipping and must of took a drop sometime. Now there is a rattle inside that shock.
Unfortunately it`s Saturday and they don`t work. Will I be expected t pay shipping to return the damage shock? What is is this company like to deal with? I feel that any of my savings I thought I was going to have ordering from them might soon disappear.
