I would say the orings are hard and need replaced. Change all of them on the side that is leaking, or you will be chasing leaks for ever. Moving the caps breaks the seal between the orings and the plastic caps, then the hard orings can't reseal. Take all four caps off together with the rubber fuel lines between them. Make the new one to match the old one, replace the orings on the injectors and install the caps and hoses as a unit. A little lube on the orings will let the caps seat easyer.
It it runs good after it purges the air out your injectors are fine.
If you bump these lines or twist the T's they will start leaking a return line kit or injector install kit as napa calls it comes with 16 orings 8 t's new hose you cut to fit and new clamps also copper washers you wont use the washers but use everything else do both sides at ath same time and you will be good to go.
Did you fix the leak on your filter.
