wheel issues bolt patterns!

i have a 1990 f150 currently dead, but after it starts running again(with help from you guys =]) im going to be looking into a nice set of mickey thompson wheels to go with my 33x12.5x16 tires i just bought from a friend, does anyone know the lug pattern and what off set should i use a do want a wide wheel base and the tires to stick out past the fenders

It's 5x5.5 that's 5 lugs on a 5.5 inch circle.

I got a set of 16x10 alum wheels brand new in box when I bought my 88 F150 4x4, and would like to get rid of them.
