help with my sct
i got a question about my sct guys ... i loaded a custom tune into my truck then an hour later i tried gettin on the computer and changin the three custom tunes to three different ones they didnt work they were messed up for some reason, they wouldnt even load on the tuner... so i returned to my truck and tried switchin custom tunes no good i got an error, so i tried to return to stock it said that the stock file was not uploaded yet or could not be found then i tried loadin a cannned tune no good either it jus froze up on the prepaing to download screen what do i do help if ya can thanx in advance

currently its in the truck pugged in i went to pre programmed tunes and its at the screen that says prepairing to download it usually takes about two seconds on the task bar to get to 100% but its been in ther for ten minutes and its at 1%
