sway bar bushing torque specs

sway bar bushing torque specs
so I came home for thanksgiving/to use my parents shop to swap out my sway bar bushings and I left my chiltons back in my apt.
Would someone mind posting up the bushing swap process? especially the torque specs?
If I remember correctly (from reading) the process is really simple...just unbolt everything, swap bushings then re-install....I cant remember the torque setting for the life of me.
I would sure appreciate the help
