Suspension Torque Specs?

The shocks and swaybar bushing kits finally arrived. I can't seem to find any torque specs for the shocks or swaybars.

What are the specs for the following:

Front Shocks
- upper bolt
- lower bolt

Rear Shocks
- upper bolt
- lower bolt

Front 32mm sway bar
- End link bolts
- D-bushing bolt

Rear 30mm sway bar
- End link bolts
- D-bushing bolts

This is on a 2000 F350 PSD CC SRW long bed 4x4. Thanks.

FWIW, I got this from a local diesel forum:

Shock Absorber (front lower) 103 Nm (76 lb/ft)
Shock Absorber (front upper) 103 Nm (76 lb/ft)
Shock Absorber (rear lower) 62 Nm (46 lb/ft)
Shock Absorber (rear upper) 62 Nm (46 lb/ft)
Stabilizer Bar Link Bolts 115 NM (85 lb/ft)
Still no D-bushing fastener torque spec.

Does the rear axle sway bar setup have the same torque specs?

Where's the sway bar bracket to frame?

It looks like the upper eye of a double eye link setup bolts directly through the frame w/o a bracket.

FYI, I called the dealership just now and they told me the following:

REAR STABILIZER BAR:

End link to frame: 52 FT LBS
End link to stabilizer bar: 52 FT LBS

I now have all torque specs to complete the job. These torque specs can be referenced for anyone who needs to replace their bushings.

Thanks all.

Question

I have a 64-65 F350 dump truck with a four speed and a 352 motor. I am doing a mechanical restoration before the body restoration to work all the bugs out of the truck and I was hoping someone could help with some torque specs.

Carburetor to intake
Exhaust manifold to head
Exhaust flange to manifolds
Drive shaft to tranny parking drum
Drive shaft U-Joint saddle at rear end
All bolts on the back of the spindle that holds brake backing plate
Axel to the leaf springs
Spindle nut for the wheel bearings

Thank you in advance for the help

Robert

The only real truck is a Ford!

There should be a sticky on each forum for the torque specs for each class of Ford trucks discussed here. I surfed onto this page while looking for specs for my 95 f150.
