Leveling Kit

I have an 85 F150 two wheel drive that I want to stand up a little bit. I am not looking for a lift kit or anything like that all I was looking for is a leveling kit. Has anyone ever done this on one of our kind of trucks? I would appreciate any ideas anyone has.

ever think of airbags? i put a set of airlift in-coil bags on my truck. It lifted the front end about an inch and no more tire rub! good investment and easy to install

I leveled mine out using leveling springs, then put on new shocks that were spec.'d out for 0" to 1.5" lift. It worked good, just make sure to get the front end aligned as the chamber will be out of whack.

Yeah I found a leveling kit for a 4x4 truck would that work for my 4x2? I need an alignment desperately anyways so it will be a good excuse to get it done.

I used Summit and bought the springs and shocks separately. I'm not sure if the 4x4 would work on a 4x2. Mine is 2wd and I had no problems, so I can't say if the 4x4 kit would work or not.
