JET tuner for 5.4L E350

Plse comment on good and bad as a result of re-tuning my 2004 E350 w/ 5.4L. I just purchased a JET 15003 and haven't used it yet and would like any tips to improve mid rpm power and mileage on regular grade gasoline. Also, where will I find the OBDE plug on my van? blb350
