Depends on the rim and the tire size, i.e. 15, 16 or 16.5. I have taken my 33x12.50x15's down to 8 with no bead lock on some steel wagon wheels. As long as you don't get too throttle happy or corner hard you should be able to do the same. Now bead locks you could theoretically run em down as low as you want.
