Honeycomb & Surround

How hard is it and are there any tips for removing the Chrome Surround on my Honeycomb Grille?

It can be a little tough they snap together tight, just take your time so you dont break the tabs on the grille

Sorry, it's the Honeycomb I'm replacing with a Roush Billet...

Yup that is the color I want. Hm it seems you have the PM (private message) function disabled. You can probably enable it in the User CP. To send a PM you should be able to just click on my name and then click send private message. Anyway if all goes well let me know.

I put mine upside down on a piece of carpet so nothing would get scratched..dont use needle nose pliers!! Push the support post over with your thumb, then push the snap out wards. Then be carefull it doesnt accidently snap back in while your doing the next one. The first time is a pain, but dont worry if u break 2 or3 like i did, cause theres plenty of snaps around it. Plus the surround is so flimsy and lightweight, it doesnt take a lot to hold it on there. have fun!! pross

I put in the fx-2 grill for a bit over 100, then painted to match as I didn't care for the grey, it also came with a surround. Sorry guys already sold the crome surround and gold honycomb or you all coulda had 'em
