I see that you all mostly have job three trucks, does anybody know what dates their job 3's were manufactured? I thought mine was job three, but it was built 01/08. The dealer had it for quite a while, when I bought it october 2nd. I guess nobody wanted it. I tried to get a little extra discount because they had it for so long, but they wouldn't budge on that.

I believe that anything built this year (2008) is considered a Job 3.

I was quoted 29,827.87 on a $40,345 truck this weekend. Minus 10k sounds good, but I want better. I'm going to see what they'll offer me, I left them my card and told them I'm still shopping around.

Oh yeah and that's after taxes on that.

I have one of the first job one trucks (almost fully loaded KR dually) and a few toys that came later that I was hoping for:

backup camera (I have the sensors, but there are a few kids in the neighborhood vieing for the Darwin Award )
wide-track front end

Options that I'm glad I got:

back-up sensors
satellite NAV
supplemental cab heater
two alternators (next modification is an air suspension and need the extra juice for the compressor)
quad captains chairs (daughter loves them for long road trips, not to mention the rear center console to store all her stuff)
tailgate step (sweet for getting the fiver hitch in and out)
homelink

I put the 20"s on my truck and was real impressed with the look. Its got most everything else but clearance lights which I could have put on and no rear camera.
