Crossover Tool Box

I got a crossover tool box at a junk yard. It has the 'gull wing' style lids and I need new latches for it. Someone decided to break off the rivets on the inside so they're just held in by latching. Plus I need ones with locks I have the key to. Would anyone out there have any idea where I can find these near Glendale(Phoenix area), AZ? Here are some pictures of the latch and the part it latches to on the lid of the box.

Locks are for honest folks only, a thief wont let a simple lock stop him.

Find some carriage bolts and re-install the locks if you have the keys.

I dont have the keys and I also wanted to replace the latches anyway cuz they are rather crappy.

Check out your nearest farm and ranch type supply store,they might carry them...otherwise Northern tool may carry them,they have a lot of truck boxes
