i get 11.0 mpg on interstate at 80mph and 12-13 around town. (this is according to the overhead display) over about a 4 month period i averaged 12.8 mpg. i can go about 400miles on a tank so the figures are pretty close.
Don't believe a thing that readout thingamajig tells you. You're running way too fast on the interstates with 4.11's to even expect good mileage. With your driving habits I am surprised you are not into single digits. You're your own worst enemy. If you want economy get rid of the low gear ratio and keep your rpm's under 2000.

That lead foot will cost you, especially with 4-11's.
Use your odometer and a couple of tanks to see your true fuel economy.
I too can do this all day long. Are you on your way to a fire? If not, what's the hurry? It is really a matter of using some common sense or don't complain about the crappy mileage. Yes a tuner will give you 2 to 4 more mpg with no other changes at all, but you still need to practice common sense.
F250 auto 4x4 supercab SB lariat with 285's at 50lbs. 373's First off I would like to note the GPS has me going 2-3 mph slower then the speedo when I'm in the 70 mph range. This could be due to having 285's while the door sticker says 235. The overhead has been pretty close to the calculator at fill up. 14.5 15.5 around town. 22-24mpg @ 55 19-20 @65 mpg and 18 ish @70. I am very happy with the mileage, but I am certain there are more ways to get more. I hate the drop-off in economy @70mph. I make 2 trips a year 1000 miles each way and get about 22 empty. When towing boat with weight of 9400 lbs dry I get between 12 and 14 @65 mph. (hills and stoplights)
