Hey everybody, What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

Me Im ~ Cooking, Cleaning (Ahead of time), Waiting for company too come, Playing Xbox 360, Waiting for December 7th too come so i has Birthday.

 

Cooking for motel guests and workers that are here. Hopefully get a few hours horseback riding in. (kinda tradition for me)

R and R = relaxing and reflecting on the blessings in my life

Boy...this thread certainly deteriorated quickly!!! I'll respond to the original question...I'm going to get together with family for a home cooked dinner...many thanks to the turkey for his sacrifice...and watch some football. I'm in charge of making the pies...chocolate cream...my fathers favorite...and apple!!!

Me I am preparing for the stress of the day. I already baught a 30 pack and a few bottles of hard stuff.

I baught the food for 12 people ($175), I have to cook it, and clean up after it. Most of the people are kids. I hope for nice weather so I can have a bon fire in the back and get lost every once in awhile.

Funny hope I am the only one in the family with any cooking skills at all. I have recruited my chocolate lab to help wash the dishes.

 

I am taking my family (wife and kids) to a ranch that I do mantainence on. (180,000 acres of private acess only) we will be hunting Elk, goose, duck, quail and fishing for large mouth bass. hopefully Thanksgiving will be Canadian goose or at least mallard duck.
this is just one of the manny things I have to be thankfull for.
