Lightning computer in regular F150???
Hey guys, I read the thread about changing to MAF, and it sounds like alot more trouble than its worth in my opinion, BUT my nephew wrecked his Lightning ('94 model and it was a SD not MAF) my question is would it make much difference in a regular 5.8 SD F150 E4OD truck to run a Lightning ECM? From what I read the E4OD is a problem with changing to MAF, and the Lightning came with that trans. As I said, I know that the first gen Lightnings were SD and were good running machines. I also know that they came with 4:11s in them and I also know that may have been the biggest difference, but maybe some of you techjockeys may know more about the tuning differences on a Lightning computer?
