how much power to expect??
I want to get a tuner for my 01 ex.cab f-150. 4x4 auto with 80,ooo miles. 5.4 stock truck w/ cat back duals. What kinda power will i 'feel' and whats the best for my truck without custom tunes. its a daily driver but i like to put the hammer down when i want. i want to feel a diference!!

On a non-turbo motor you get more power by enhancing it's breathing ability.. full exhaust with headers or intake upgrades for example. A tuner will help make the most of these mods by advancing the timing and extending the shifts, but by itself it's not going to do much.
