Hello, Is it possible to improve the fuel milage on my 97' 5.0l Mountaineer with a flash tuner like SNIPER or maybe something similar.
Has anyone done this? What improvements can be made to my truck?
Will I be able to increase my fuel milage? By how much? What advantages can I get from changing engine timing and trans shift points?
I don't know alot about tuning software,Where can I read up on this or can someone give me a quick lesson on the basics?
What companys offer flash tuning kits for FORD trucks all I have found with internet searches is SNIPER,are they good??

I just bought the Sniper for my 05 f150 and love it. I bought the Commando and Special Forces. The commando is their full tuning software, there are more things to mess with than I ever thought. The power increase is wonderful. I have seen a 2mpg increase with my tunes, plus I can change my tune at any time. PM me for more info.
