Oh my...thats expensive to do, you should install injectors at the same time while you're in there if you plan on going bigger and also get rid of the EGR system. Unless its getting done under warranty!!!

x2 on what he said, especially if you do injectors as injectors also will require alot of supporting mods to make it work in the long term and you might as well get it all done at one time and save on that labor charge. However, once you add injectors you don't have the ability to be squimish on mods because injectors require alot more supporting mods then most people are used to with just getting a tuner.
Studs are getting installed under warranty. my truck has been loosing coolant for a while. It has now started puking. It has already had an egr and oil cooler put on it. I have 91k on it.
my future plans are turbo back 4" exaust, fuel system upgrades, injectors, turbo, egr delete. I am going to do the exaust first, then fuel system. I plan on doing the injectors, egr delete and turbo at the same time. Josh (boggin250) is going to send me a quote on everything.
I'VE GOT ONE QUESTION DOES ARP MAKE THE 6.0 AS OR ALMOST AS RELIABLE AS THE 7 .3?? I'VE DONE THE SAME ARP BUT FOR ALOT MORE 560.00 TO THE DEALERSHIP IN 2 DAYS. WARRANTY!!AALSO NEW EGR COOLER ON A 04 I WOULD LIKE TO INSTALL MODS PROGRAMERS ECT BUT DONT WANT TO IF I HAVE TO GET RID OF IT?????
I think so. He builds the injectors for Spartan. BogginF350 is his screen name. i dont know if he is on here.
That's him. Although he did not build my injectors as Matt was using Casserly at the time I did mine and he is local to me(about a 30-35 min. drive from where I live).

Worth every penny in my opinion. I will tell you this, she does like to scream at interstate speads rather then the 03 turbos that liked to scream down low. If there is anything specific that you want to know about the turbo(install, driveability etc) just let me know.
If all goes well I'll be at Matt's wednesday and have her on the dyno and I'll be getting some more goodies(hopefully if all goes according to plan), look for a post on that either when I get back wednesday evening or on Turkey day.

Reliability so far is very good. It has one feature that I love about it and that is it seems to hold about 1100 on the EGTs going up about a 3% grade going about 65 hauling ~9500 lbs. Whereis I would be at 1250 on Matt's 03 turbo when I had it on there before the a/m turbo. As far as lag, it is considerable if you just floor it from a dead stop. Roll into it and you won't have much problem if any with lag(no lag with like a tow tune, some lag with a race tune).
