Its really hard to tell because ford put different rate springs with plowpackage trucks depending on engine/cab configurations. My truck had the plow package with 5200lb springs and my work truck, CC diesel, has 6000lb springs.
They also put the 5200lb springs in the front of non-plow prep trucks too. I have a '00 with XA springs that have the 5200lb rating, but had 3.73 open differentials. My buddy bought his 99 with the prep package and it had 4.10's with limited slip diffs front and rear.
My truck ...05 F250 SuperDuty crew cab came with 4800 lb springs....I just got a set of the 6000 lb. srings from my local dealer 70.00 ea and had them installed today for $125. Made all the difference in the world...lifted the front (V10 motor) about 2". Now I am going to get the 3" rear blocks from an F250 to make it ride about 1" higher in the back than in the front....Now I have to step up into the truck...it feels nice and rides Great!
