navigator front end on F-150

I have seen an F-150 with a lincoln nav.front end
on it (truckin mag I believe) does anyone know if
this is possible without extensive mods to the body
of the 150? Such as fender mount points and where
the door and fender gap is. I fell in love with this truck imm. upon seeing it. This was not a Lincoln Blackwood, was a shortbed ext cab. F150. It was lowered to the point of scraping the ground and
had what looked to be 18" wheels. Any help would be
appreciated....

They sell a conversion kit similar to the Escalade front end for GM trucks. I believe that it requires little modification or none at all because the fenders are the same just differently shaped. I believe that they have the same mounting locations

I know this is an old post

but i found this on google maps and was trying to figure out what it is. I think it looks like a navigator front end on a short 4 door f-150. It doesn't look very hard to do.

It shouldn’t be hard to do as Ford did it at the factory in the form of a one-year wonder (2002) called the....Lincoln Blackwood.

I’d prefer the engine as well if I went that route.
