will the fuel filter housing from a super duty fit our trucks? I found on on ebay for cheap maybe. Guy says he thinks fits 97-03 but im thinking it should be either 94-03 or 99-03

No it won't fit without a complete rework of the fuel lines and its inferior to our regulated return system. Also it bolts to the HPOP reservoir and there is no provision on ours for it so you would have to custom mount it or get a SD reservoir.
