cab mounts
The easiest way is to take it to a shop and go home and drink a cold one while they do the work. That probably isn't the answer you were looking for though...so, use a floor jack to support the back of the cab. I put a 2x4 across the cab seam and jack it up enough to take the weight off the mounting arms. If the bushings are bad (kinda assumed this is why you are doing the job in the first place) then it will make it easier to get the bolts out. Take out the two rubber access plugs in the back of the cab and remove the upper bolts, some penetrating oil ahead of time works well to loosen the nuts. The lower arm bolt is fairly straight forward. I usually remove the lower arm bracket so that I can clean, paint, and assemble on the bench before bolting it up to the frame again. Good luck...
CharlieLed is correct I just did mine a couple months ago I took them out to raise the cab inorder to put the correct plates & rubber bushings on the front. Floor jack & two pieses of 4X4s approximately 1 1/2'. Caution as mentioned above keep on the support ribs on the bottom of the cab.
